On March 31, 2026, Xi'an Taijin New Energy & Materials Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (Securities Code: 688813.SH) was officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (STAR Market) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. As the fifth listed company incubated by Northwest Institute for Non-ferrous Metal Research through the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, TJNE has become the first enterprise listed on the STAR Market in Shaanxi Province at the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, as well as the first such enterprise in western China in 2026.

On the first trading day, the company's shares opened at 49 yuan per share, an 86.45% higher opening, with an initial market capitalization of 7.84 billion yuan. The total funds raised from this public offering amount to 1.051billion yuan, which will be mainly invested in three projects: the industrialization project of high-end intelligent complete sets of equipment for green electrolysis, the industrialization project of titanium electrode materials with high-performance composite coating ,and the construction project of the enterprise R&D center.
