On the afternoon of February 12, 2025, TJNE's 2025 Annual Commendation Conference was officially held. Over the past year, all colleagues tackled difficulties and pressed forward under pressure, achieving outstanding results through practical work. At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy General Manager Jia Bo read the commendation procedures. Then, General Manager Kang Xuanqi solemnly read the commendation documents: 12 teams, including the Equipment Factory and Marketing Department III's team, were awarded the title of 'Advanced Collective,' and 163 employees were recognized as 'Advanced Individuals.' General Manager Kang encouraged the awardees to cherish the honor and called on all TJNE’s employees to use the models as mirrors and to align themselves with the advanced. In a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere, the award representatives went on stage one by one to receive their certificates of honor.

In his concluding speech, Chairman Feng Qing reviewed that over the past year, the company successfully got listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, which is a milestone breakthrough in the company's development history. Currently, the company is at a critical stage of improving quality and efficiency, and every employee is an indispensable force for high-quality development. He called on all employees to transform the power of role models into conscious actions and to engage in the new year's work with a stronger sense of responsibility and mission.

Subsequently, the TJNE 2026 New Year Gala kicked off amidst applause. Company leaders, all employees, and partners gathered together to celebrate their shared efforts and welcome the Spring Festival. The stage was filled with wonderful performances. Over ten programs took turns on stage, with applause and cheers continuously rising. This was not a professional performance, yet it was the most touching display. Laughter continued among the audience, and there were also fun games that ignited the whole venue. Six rounds of lottery draws were interspersed throughout, bringing continuous surprises, with waves of cheers growing louder and louder.

At the end of the grand ceremony, everyone stood up to sing 'Tomorrow Will Be Better' together. As the familiar melody played, voices from the stage and the audience intertwined.
