TAIJIN water heater ANODES FOR CATHODIC PROTECTION

 

 

TAIJIN MMO Water Heater Anode is manufactured using titanium substrate which meets ASTM B348 Grade 1 Standard and coated with Mixed Metal Oxides or Platinum on the external surface.

 

TAIJIN MMO Water Heater anode is used in water heater, water container, pre-polarization of steel structure in seawater, gas pipe, Anticorrosion of steel and iron structure where high resistant and electrolyte(soil and water) existed. 

 

 


 

 

1.   Diameter, length and working life all can be available as client's requirement.

 

 

2.      Working parameter:

 

Current density < 2000A/m2

Working temperature: no more than 60℃

Chlorine-liberated potential <1.13V

Working environment: fresh water, brackish water

Reverse electrolysis frequency: 2 or 4 hours

Working life: 2-5years (as customer's request)


Operation test:
Less than the temperature of 100 ℃,the operation current density 50A/m2,the working life time is more than 10 years.
